Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the chef in meal preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Conduct daily inspections of workspaces to ensure organization and cleanliness, including storage rooms, refrigerators, freezers, service areas, and dining rooms.
  • Sanitize equipment, refrigerators, countertops, and other food preparation and storage locations.
  • Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, dispose of trash, and clean and sanitize tables and service areas.
  • Set up tables in the dining area.
  • Ensure the service line is stocked with dishes, utensils, and food during meal service.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
