  • The candidate should possess expertise in Siemens Variation Simulation Analysis (VSA) and/or 3DCS.
  • Responsible for collecting design and manufacturing specifications from relevant systems.
  • Evaluate part and equipment specifications and data to develop simulation inputs.
  • Transform native Catia data into JT file format suitable for VSA (not mandatory for 3DCS).
  • Construct tolerance stack models utilizing manufacturing processes and design specifications.
  • Establish measurements based on evaluation criteria and execute simulations.
  • Document simulation outcomes and propose countermeasure strategies, followed by a review with the Technical Evaluator for validation.
  • Disseminate simulation reports to stakeholders by project deadlines.
