Reception Specialist

We are seeking dedicated customer service experts to join our team as Reception Specialists at Beauport Hotel Gloucester. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding guest experiences from the moment they arrive until their departure, ensuring that each visitor enjoys a remarkable stay.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
• Oversee guest departures and manage check-out procedures efficiently.
• Process cash transactions, post charges, and maintain precise guest accounts.
• Respond to guest inquiries and promote hotel amenities to enhance revenue.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Strong understanding of front office operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
