Universal Banker

We are seeking an experienced Universal Banker to join our team. As a Universal Banker, you will provide a consultative style of banking that builds client relationships based on trust and expertise. You will assist with branch operations, deliver a remarkable client experience, achieve sales and production goals, and handle transaction and service requests.

1. Assist with the daily oversight and coordination of branch operations, adhering to organizational policy and procedures.
2. Provide a consistently remarkable client experience, representing the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
3. Open deposit products, process loan applications, cross-sell additional services, and generate referrals to other business lines.
4. Process transactions, account maintenance, and other service requests in an accurate and efficient manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 to 12 months work experience in a sales/service position, preferably in the financial services industry.
• A BA Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred, but applicable experience will be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and with multiple priorities.
