We are currently recruiting for an Universal Banker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a consultative style of banking that builds client relationships based on trust and the demonstrated ability to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

The position is responsible for assisting with branch operations, delivering a remarkable client experience, achieving sales and production goals, and handling transaction and service requests. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable interacting with external clients and internal partners, and who excels at developing strong, trusting relationships.

1. Assist with the daily oversight and coordination of branch operations, adhering to organizational policy and procedures.
2. Provide a consistently remarkable client experience, representing the company in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
3. Open deposit products, process loan applications, cross-sell additional services, and generate referrals to other business lines.
4. Process transactions, account maintenance, and other service requests in an accurate and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 to 12 months work experience in a sales/service position, preferably in the financial services industry. A BA Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Applicable experience will be considered.

The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Ability to think quickly and respond appropriately is also required.

The position requires reasonable mobility in and around the work area. Ability to use standard computer and phone systems is required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Normal office environment where there is almost no discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise, or other disagreeable elements. Exposed to a potentially hazardous condition of robbery. All Branch employees receive detailed instructions to be followed to minimize the risk.

Additionally, full-time and part-time positions may be eligible to participate in department or company-wide incentive plans.
