Job Details

This 13-week assignment is available for a travel nurse RN Long Term Care. The shift will be 12 hours and employment type is travel. The facility details include a start date as soon as possible, any shift, and a call off policy that needs to be contacted for information.

Responsibilities
  • Completes nursing assessment of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient record.
  • Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
Requirements

Nursing Diploma or ASN required. Must be able to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment. Sensory – Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate.
