Position Overview:

The Web Developer will leverage their extensive knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to enhance our digital presence. This role is essential for developing high-quality web applications and services that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and services.
  • Incorporate AI and machine learning technologies into web solutions.
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform design concepts into functional web applications.
  • Oversee the complete development lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all web applications.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in web development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and front-end technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience in integrating AI and machine learning into web applications.
  • Familiarity with database design and management using MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS) and containerization technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in web development projects.

Work Environment:

This role involves close collaboration with fellow web developers, programmers, and the digital marketing team. It is primarily office-based, with potential travel for industry events or team meetings.
