Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Parts Sales: Assist customers in selecting parts and items, provide price quotes and other related information, and process sales transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, notify management of out-of-stock items, and replenish assigned inventory daily.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pull and fill orders from current stock, follow up on back-ordered items, and ensure timely delivery of parts and items.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and participating in sales promotions and events.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in sales software and inventory management systems.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the sales floor as needed.
