Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Wellpath. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures, ensuring the dentist has the necessary tools and information to provide the best possible care.
- Perform intra-oral and extra-oral x-rays, developing and mounting x-ray films as needed.
- Maintain x-ray, processor, autoclave, and dental unit(s) according to specifications, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering supplies as needed and setting up trays for patients.
- Complete daily instrument count sheet, perform dental screenings, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dental clinic.
- Associate's Degree or Certification in Dental Technology from an accredited school.
- Experience as a Dental Technician or Registered Dental Assistant in a private or public dental practice.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
