Home Health Quality Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Quality Service and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Principle Choice Home Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating referrals for home health services by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other community resources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to increase referrals for home health services.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other community resources to generate referrals.
- Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies to achieve business growth and development goals.
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
- Assist in the verification of patient referral service authorizations and address client satisfaction issues.
- Attend staff meetings to identify further business development opportunities and conduct daily in-person visits to meet/exceed census goals.
- Evaluate competition for opportunities to improve marketing programs and cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Maintain a current working knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines and effectively communicate federal and state regulations that affect homecare patients.
- At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care.
- Formal sales training and proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market and excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
- The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
- Active Oklahoma driver's license, current car insurance, and registration, and a vehicle required for the position.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work requires moderately heavy physical exertion on a regular and recurring basis, including extensive driving. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, to handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Security and privacy training will be provided as part of this role to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PCS' associate and customer data.
