Job Overview:

Spectrum Comm Inc is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, and we are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Expert to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our proposal for a new program located in Norfolk, VA.

As an IT Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage NMCI/NGEN toolsets and asset management systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a standardized repeatable process for obtaining metrics for budget, administrative, and asset data.
  • Review and analyze IT asset data in the NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and integrate user account management and other account management processes (e.g., file share/disk space management, MAC requests, content management, etc.).
  • Provide technical oversight and disseminate guidance to customers based on communications from USFF and NMCI.
  • Act as the focal point for command input to the Regional CTR regarding NMCI orders, requirements, service delivery, payment entitlement, and contractor performance.
  • Collaborate with site directorate IT representatives to resolve IT issues and provide guidance and direction.
