We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Bachelor Level Youth Services Counselor to join our team at Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS) in Raymond, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing community-based treatment services to individuals in need.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver whole-person, integrated care in coordination with our partners
  • Assure timely access to high-quality behavioral health services and follow through with meeting needs
  • Provide 24/7 access to services to all we serve
  • Identify potential health problems through assessment of participants' physical and mental status, daily living skills, coping patterns, strengths, and supports
  • Consult with relevant community agencies, coordinate multi-agency services, and participate in multi-agency support teams on behalf of consumers
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans that identify the unique needs of each individual and provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling
  • Participate in crisis intervention services with participants and develop behavior plans for individuals with behavior problems due to personality disorders or cognitive deficits
  • Assure participants understand their rights to confidentiality and the limits of confidentiality
  • Provide individual supportive counseling, problem-solving, role-playing, modeling, and support, social skill development, and assertiveness training to increase client social and interpersonal activities in community settings
  • Meet expected productivity standards and complete necessary financial/billing information for the organization to receive payment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Counseling or the Social Sciences
  • Certified Agency Affiliated Counselor Credential with DOH
  • 5 years of supervised experience under a DOH credential
  • Proficient in computer use and applications commonly used in the field
  • Valid driver's license and clear background record
