This position operates on a schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime as required. The role offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $24.28, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus and potential relocation assistance.

Role Summary:

The Remanufacturing Assembler is responsible for inspecting, remanufacturing, assembling, painting, testing, packaging, and transporting fan clutches and subassemblies to the finished goods area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assembly of Fan Clutch Units: Utilize both new and remanufactured components to assemble fan clutch units, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.
  2. Painting: Prepare and apply protective paint to finished units using standard industrial spray equipment.
  3. Packaging: Package and prepare units for shipment, ensuring all necessary labels and documentation are included.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct inspections of inbound cores and returned components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  5. Training: Provide guidance and training on work methods and procedures to new employees and temporary staff.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred, although relevant manufacturing experience is beneficial. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States, as this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
