Job Description

The Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator will play a crucial role in Hillpointe's centralized AP department, supporting corporate, property, and construction operations.

  • Process vendor invoices with precision, verifying details and coding to the correct expense and cost codes.
  • Record accurate entries to the A/P system, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Generate timely reports of outstanding invoices for vendors.
  • Analyze billing discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statements.
  • Maintain proper payment schedules, resolving any discrepancies that arise.
  • Manage vendor files, including W-9 & COIs, and ensure all AP records are properly maintained, filed, and stored.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting principles and practices.
  • Solid communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Calm and effective under pressure, with a focus on delivering results.
