We're seeking a Client Service Professional to join our Participant Services team, where you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of clients. As a key member of our team, you'll provide guidance and solutions to clients through inbound phone calls, helping them navigate their retirement plans and long-term investing options.
As you build your knowledge and skills with ongoing classroom and hands-on training, you'll become a subject matter authority on retirement products and services. You'll consult with clients to identify their needs and offer solutions that can change their futures.
