About the Role

Crittenton Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide direct care and support to young females between the ages of 12 and 21 who are living in our residential facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and supervision to residents, including assistance with daily living skills, homework, and personal schedules.
  • Assist residents with phone calls and supervise interactions with approved contact lists.
  • Participate in outings, activities, and events with residents, including transportation in company vehicles.
  • Supervise and assist with childcare responsibilities, including toddlers and infants.
  • Attend agency trainings, including CPR/FA, Food Handler, and trauma-informed training.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license (Class D) and ability to drive company vehicles.
  • Must be 23 years or older per WV residential licensing requirement.
  • Pass a background/CPS check and drug screen.
  • Related experience in behavioral health or residential and/or group programs preferred.
