  • Leadership: Act as the primary supervisor for all Protestant religious education events, ensuring that volunteers are effectively recruited and managed.
  • Volunteer Management: Maintain identification protocols for all volunteers working with children, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Event Coordination: Submit requests for facility usage and resolve scheduling conflicts with facility management.
  • Collaboration: Participate in weekly staff meetings to stay informed about chapel operations and provide updates on ongoing projects.
  • Advisory Participation: Attend advisory council meetings to discuss relevant issues in religious education.
Specific Duties
  • Training: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for religious education programs.
  • Program Delivery: Teach children's church programs when volunteer support is unavailable.
  • Facility Management: Ensure proper setup and maintenance of facilities for all programs and events.
