Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at INFOSAGE SYSTEMS. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients in labor and delivery, including administering medications, monitoring fetal heart rates, and performing vaginal deliveries.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with high-risk pregnancies or complications.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide education on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
  • Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery required.
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
  • Ability to work every other weekend and 12-hour night shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
