Job Purpose

The Counter Sales Associate is the primary point of contact for our retail and wholesale customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring sales by determining customers' needs, assisting in securing necessary parts, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Secure correct parts and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain the appearance of our store and displays to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking incoming merchandise to ensure efficient inventory management.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License (required for some locations)
  • Previous retail sales experience (preferred)
  • GED (preferred)
  • Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and cataloging software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and work independently
Compensation

$16.00 per hour
