About The Role

We are looking for a Culinary Team Director who can lead our kitchen team and drive business results. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant group.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Kitchen Staff: Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards.
  • Food Quality: Ensure high-quality food products, maintaining presentation and flavor standards.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Uphold strict safety and sanitation protocols, adhering to local health codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and maintain efficient supply chain processes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role;
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field;
  • Proven track record of leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
