Job OpportunityHolliswood Center, a leading rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Hollis, NY.

Competitive Compensation Package

As an LPN at Holliswood Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring vital signs. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and recording patient information, including vital signs and health details.
  • Administering medications and injections as needed.
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Monitoring patient food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license.
  • Good standing with State Registry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
