Job OpportunityHolliswood Center, a leading rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Hollis, NY.

Competitive Compensation Package

We offer a base rate of $30.13 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including temperature and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring the highest level of care.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting resident comfort and well-being.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist with daily living activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as a team member.
  • Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
