Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Security Director, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Delivering consistently professional, engaging, and proactive service to guests while collaborating with fellow team members.
  • Exemplifying core values in all interactions.
  • Conducting regular patrols across all areas and facilities.
  • Managing the presence of unauthorized individuals in accordance with established standards.
  • Issuing and managing electronic key cards.
  • Performing security and baggage inspections as necessary.
  • Monitoring surveillance systems and taking appropriate actions to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and property.
  • Reporting and addressing any vehicle violations, including parking and unsafe driving behaviors.
  • Responding promptly to any fire alarm activations, investigating causes, and documenting findings.
  • Addressing guest and staff inquiries, providing first aid and assistance in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all departments.
  • Documenting daily shift activities and sharing relevant information with appropriate departments for follow-up.
  • Ensuring compliance with all corporate, hotel, and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Participating in hotel committees as required.
  • Adhering strictly to all health and safety protocols, particularly during epidemics, as established by Accor and relevant health authorities.
  • Carrying out any additional duties as assigned within the department.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in security or safety within a large establishment is preferred, particularly in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and maintain a clean record is essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
  • Focus on guest needs, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
