Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Therapeutic Relationships: Establish and maintain a consistent, therapeutic relationship with clients and their families, addressing behavioral health needs through a strengths-based approach.
- Collaborate with Families and Providers: Work closely with family members and other providers to create and implement individualized goals and strategies, promoting improved functioning within the family and community.
- Provide Direct Support and Counseling: Offer direct, in-home support and counseling, adapting to the unique needs and circumstances of each family, and providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to thrive.
- Educational Background: Possession of a Master's Degree in Counseling, Education with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with children in a therapeutic, counseling, or educational setting.
- Skills and Attributes: A compassionate, empathetic approach to therapy, excellent communication skills, and a drive to make a positive impact in the community.
