Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 behavior intervention services to children aged 2-6 years old, as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work closely with our team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills, and document progress and effects of treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow behavior intervention plans and reinforcement schedules as prescribed by the BCBA.
  • Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills through ABA principles.
  • Document progress and effects of treatment with clients.
  • Collaborate with family, BCBA, and/or BCaBA.
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Complete training as prescribed by the BCBA.
  • Support and ensure a safe and positive environment for clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of job offer preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
