Job OverviewThis is a supportive role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be working closely with our clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and excellent patient outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional support and assistance to patients, promoting their comfort and well-being.
- Assisting Registered Nurses with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Maintaining patient records and reporting any concerns or issues to the nursing staff.
We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $58,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
