Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews of applications and supporting documentation to determine eligibility for Medicaid benefits.
- Interview applicants and authorized representatives to gather information and clarify any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit eligibility forms and notices to inform applicants of their case disposition.
