Job DescriptionAs a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating patient-professional collaboration at all levels of healthcare.
- Monitoring therapeutic treatment plans.
- Recognizing and valuing differences in the care team and creating a setting conducive to open communication.
- Collaborating with the treatment team to develop patient care protocols and procedures.
- Incorporating clinical guidelines into patient care.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, incorporating clinical guidelines and using information technology to deliver safe and efficient care.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prior experience in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
