POSITION SUMMARY

Engage with group coordinators and hosts prior to events, facilitating introductions and confirming that all arrangements meet expectations.

Thoroughly review and interpret banquet event orders to collect guest details, establish appropriate setups, timelines, and specific guest requirements, including buffets and action stations.

Address and strive to accommodate any unique banquet event requests. Conduct follow-ups on special arrangements to ensure adherence to standards.


Comply with all organizational and safety protocols; report incidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; and complete necessary safety training and certifications.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets.

Greet and acknowledge all guests in line with company standards, proactively address service needs, and express gratitude to guests sincerely.

Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team in achieving collective goals. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines to identify any defects. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Navigate through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Traverse sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:
None


The compensation for this role is $24.00 per hour and includes healthcare benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits.
