Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Colwen Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area, and providing exceptional guest service.

• Operate the Front Desk: Assist guests with inquiries and other needs during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure.
• End of Day Activities: Post charges to accounts, balance ledgers, run night audit/daily close, back-up, and roll date.
• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Treat requests with professionalism, tact, and courtesy, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Manage Front Desk Operations: Ensure check-in and check-out is timely, and warmly and professionally welcome all guests.
• Process Guest Check-in: Confirm reservations, assign guest rooms, and ensure accuracy of daily closing reports.
• Handle Confidential Guest Information: Discreetly handle confidential guest information and maintain strict key controls.
• Perform Other Related Duties: Adhere to all Colwen and brand standards, and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Experience: One year of related experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common computer software programs, and ability to learn computer software programs and operate property management systems.
• Availability: Overnight work schedule required, including weekends and holidays.
