Patient Care Associate: Vascular Surgery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate to join our Vascular Surgery team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing vascular surgery procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and report patient data, including vital signs, height and weight, and food and fluid intake and output.
- Participate in care planning and the nursing report process.
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, oral care, and skin care.
- Assist patients with eating and hydration, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Employ strategies to promote a clean, orderly, and safe environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in patient care or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive hourly rate: $19 - $23.
