About the Role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in our Otolaryngology team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. You will manage inpatient and Emergency Department consults, perform bedside procedures, and collaborate with residents and attending physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage new inpatient or ED consults.
  • Perform bedside procedures based on clinical needs.
  • Attend case discussions, grand rounds, or journal clubs to expand your expertise.
  • Partner with the inpatient team to address ongoing care needs for ENT patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Strong clinical assessment, procedural, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to patient care and teamwork.
  • Interest in developing expertise in otolaryngology.
