Dialysis Charge Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a key member of our hemodialysis team, you will provide day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the dialysis team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to staff on dialysis procedures, medications, and patient care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Dialysis experience required.
