HIL - Manual Stacking Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manually transfer finished goods, empty containers, pallets, and other materials as needed. Stack products, empty cases, and pallets as required.
- Perform daily cleaning of empty trailers, case washing equipment, and other delivery tools.
- Monitor and record the temperature of case washers and the concentration of cleaning solutions.
- Restock product lines while accurately documenting stock movements in and out of the work area.
- Ensure proper rotation of products within the warehouse.
- Oversee materials, products, and equipment at each stage of the process.
- Sort, bundle, and fill containers or organize them into assembled units.
- Complete all necessary documentation and schedule product inspections.
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliable work hours.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in refrigerated warehouse operations and shipping is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and accurately record information.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening and physical examination.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Regularly lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills and effective verbal and written communication are essential for working in a cold, damp environment.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, both hot (over 100 degrees) and cold (below 20 degrees), as well as in wet and humid conditions for extended periods.
- Exposure to noise, vibration, and chemicals is expected.
- Required to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, push, pull, and reach above and below shoulder level.
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements are necessary, including simple and firm grasping.
