Davita, Inc. is seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and comfortable dialysis experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations.
- Provide direct one-on-one patient care, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment environment.
- Build long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average three times a week.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
