We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Float Pool team at Hennepin County Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse RN, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients in various ambulatory settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate nursing care to patients in ambulatory settings, including clinics and specialty centers.
- Triage patients by assessing severity of symptoms and referring to appropriate settings or levels of care.
- Alleviate suffering through the treatment of the human response, partnering with patients, their families, and significant others.
- Document interventions and individualized plans of care, ensuring continuity of care.
- Educate patients on their disease process, promoting health and well-being.
- Assure continuity of care and educate patients and families in preventative care.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota.
- Preferred qualifications include certification in a clinical specialty and a Bachelor of Nursing degree.
