We are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our Surgical/Trauma/Neuro unit. This 0.75 FTE position involves 12-hour shifts, with a mix of day and night shifts, and every third weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Staff Nurse, you will provide and coordinate nursing care by:
Protecting and promoting the health and well-being of patients
Preventing illness and injury through effective care planning

Documenting interventions and care plans to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
A valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in a clinical specialty
A Bachelor of Nursing degree is preferred, with opportunities for advancement through academic education discussed during annual performance reviews.
