  • Ensure all guest rooms are properly cleaned and maintained, adhering to Four Seasons' high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in guest rooms, ensuring that all amenities and services are readily available to guests.
  • Assist with special requests and provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team and management, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of turndown service.
  • Uphold the standards of hospitality at all times, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
