We are seeking a self-motivated Retail Inventory Specialist to execute our 18-minute Web Pick-Up process and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-packs, backhauls, and return-to-vendor merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, conducting cycle counts and stocking product as needed.
  • Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and participating in physical inventory.
  • Assemble floor displays and re-sets, and assist customers with carry-in/out.
  • Participate in open and close procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the duration of the shift.
