We are seeking a self-motivated Retail Inventory Specialist to execute our 18-minute Web Pick-Up process and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-packs, backhauls, and return-to-vendor merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, conducting cycle counts and stocking product as needed.
- Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and participating in physical inventory.
- Assemble floor displays and re-sets, and assist customers with carry-in/out.
- Participate in open and close procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world-class customer experiences.
- Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the duration of the shift.
