Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Alumacraft. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality products, ensuring that they meet our quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.
- Explain assembly procedures and techniques to other workers.
- Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and recommend solutions.
- Align, fit, assemble, connect, or install system components using jigs, fixtures, measuring instruments, hand tools, or power tools.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and work for several hours on a concrete floor and manually move product and materials through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and bending.
- Must work at a reasonable pace and within our quality and production standards while maintaining accuracy and effectively communicating both verbally and in writing.
- Production standards may require overtime to meet our customers' needs.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and previous use of basic hand and power tools.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Demonstrated dependability in previous employment.
