Site Superintendent

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our growing Energy division in Spokane, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project success through on-site management of subcontractors and maintenance of client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update project schedules
- Approve daily work tickets
- Review submittals
- Set up and tear down job site logistics
- Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors
- Write and review scopes of work
- Assist Project Manager with bid procurement
- Manage and close out punch list activities in a timely manner
- Communicate with field personnel
- Develop and maintain logs and reports as required for project execution
Requirements
- Commercial Contractor experience required
- OSHA 30 certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of assuming position
- Working knowledge of scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak required
- Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, and OSHA standards required
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
- Four (4) years of leadership of trades and job sites preferred
- BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Facilities Management or equivalent work experience preferred
