About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our growing Energy division in Spokane, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project success through on-site management of subcontractors and maintenance of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update project schedules
  • Approve daily work tickets
  • Review submittals
  • Set up and tear down job site logistics
  • Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Write and review scopes of work
  • Assist Project Manager with bid procurement
  • Manage and close out punch list activities in a timely manner
  • Communicate with field personnel
  • Develop and maintain logs and reports as required for project execution

Requirements

  • Commercial Contractor experience required
  • OSHA 30 certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of assuming position
  • Working knowledge of scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak required
  • Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, and OSHA standards required
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
  • Four (4) years of leadership of trades and job sites preferred
  • BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Facilities Management or equivalent work experience preferred
