Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all security policies and wearing specified PPE as necessary.
  • Comply with all quality policies to provide customer satisfaction through high-quality products delivered on-time at a cost that represents value.
  • Perform pick/pack/repackage/unload tasks accurately and contribute to overall inventory and order accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with coworkers and management to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in continual improvement initiatives to enhance departmental processes and functions.
Requirements:
  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • At least 36 months experience in a distribution environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various temperature conditions.
  • Fluent in reading and writing English.
  • Licensed Lift Truck Operator.

Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, repetitive motion, frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers.
