Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team at Health Systems Management, Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with and prepare patients for dialysis treatment
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document their medical records
- Perform access cannulation and report any difficulties to the lead nurse
- Respond to emergency situations and maintain patient safety and comfort
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
- High School Diploma required
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work long hours and be on your feet for extended periods
- Must pass the Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) exam within 18 months of employment
