We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Journeyman to join our team as an HVAC Technician. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC/mechanical/chiller troubleshooting and hold a valid driver's license, as well as appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler, and steam operational & service knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
- Conduct HVAC systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.
- Requires Mechanical Journeyman status.
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC/mechanical/chiller troubleshooting experience required.
- Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler, and steam operational & service knowledge.
- 30-Hour OSHA Certification.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
Pay Range: approx. $38-$44/hour, hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
