Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor HVAC systems and operations to identify potential issues and perform routine preventive maintenance.
  • Respond to hot/cold calls and troubleshoot issues to resolve them promptly.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure conformance with local building and safety codes.
  • Estimate time and material costs for HVAC projects and develop capital project scope and budget under management supervision.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systems.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and stooping/bending. The ability to lift heavy objects and work in extreme temperatures is also required.

This is a frequent driver position, requiring a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
