Position Overview:
As the Deputy Director of Support, you will oversee the management and execution of essential business functions and support services for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct the operations of INSCOM's business enterprise processes, including the Business Enterprise Review Board and the Contract Action Review Board.
2. Analyze proposed contract expenditure plans and strategies, recommending adjustments to enhance cost efficiency.
3. Collaborate with INSCOM business enterprise partners to implement financial controls and optimize operational efficiencies.

Financial and Human Resource Management:
Lead the planning and execution of financial operations, human resources management, military construction, and facilities management. Additionally, oversee corporate information management and personnel resource assignments.

Strategic Representation:
Act as the command's representative at high-level meetings with Department of Army officials, Department of Defense representatives, and other key stakeholders.

Authority and Leadership:
Establish long-term objectives, determine program priorities, and manage personnel actions affecting support staff.

Conditions of Employment:
Appointment may require a suitability determination based on a background investigation. A two-year trial period may be necessary. Candidates must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Qualifications:
Applicants must meet specific employment authority categories. Experience in operational intelligence program administration, contract management, and compliance with agency policies is essential.

Specialized Experience:
At least one year of specialized experience in managing intelligence programs, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with operational policies is required.

Evaluation Criteria:
Candidates will be assessed based on their competencies in influencing, strategic thinking, and technical credibility.

Additional Information:
Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. Proof of U.S. Citizenship is required.
