Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Graham Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Leadership: Serve as the Senior Project Manager, providing strategic oversight under the direction of the Senior Program Manager and Government project manager leads.
  • Guidance and Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to mid-level project managers to help them achieve project objectives and maintain alignment with PMI standards.
  • Compliance with PMI Guidelines: Ensure all project management tasks are executed in accordance with PMI guidelines, maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Years of Experience and Degree: With master's degree: 4 years of IT project management experience, With bachelor's degree: 6 years of IT project management experience, With associate's degree: 8 years of IT project management experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.
