- Conduct daily inspections of doors, dock plates, and other building areas to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
- Repair and replace equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in building maintenance and repair.
- Work independently to troubleshoot and repair complex problems using advanced skills and knowledge.
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and carpentry principles.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.
- Manual dexterity and good balance required for frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
