Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct daily inspections of doors, dock plates, and other building areas to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
  • Repair and replace equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in building maintenance and repair.
  • Work independently to troubleshoot and repair complex problems using advanced skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and carpentry principles.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.
  • Manual dexterity and good balance required for frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
