Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to our mission of excellence in the cement industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage in the development and execution of safety initiatives, protocols, and procedures to promote a secure working environment.
  • Oversee a preventative maintenance strategy to guarantee the dependable functioning of plant operations and systems.
  • Ensure all HMI and PLC software is up-to-date and securely backed up on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with corporate IT to ensure the consistent performance of plant office computer servers.
  • Assist in meeting company production goals related to efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Provide training to current staff to uphold a high level of expertise within the maintenance team.
  • Integrate new machinery and processes into the existing framework, including the development of new PLC programming and HMI interfaces.
  • Encourage proactive practices to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication, particularly in conveying new equipment, control systems, or programming updates to production personnel.
  • Diagnose and rectify equipment issues during operational disruptions.
  • Contribute to the formulation and enforcement of company policies while exemplifying compliance standards.
  • Carry out any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
