About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Business Development Director to join our Channel Partner Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and competitive market trends. You will also be expected to own and elevate partner engagement strategy to foster trust and brand growth, sharing industry knowledge and providing advice to inform decisions and close deals. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving revenue and client satisfaction long-term growth strategies, engaging partners to articulate the value of Microsoft's strategy and products. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in building relationships and making strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital advertising and has a deep understanding of the industry, with excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently.
